Hello! My name is Kaija Harrison, I am a Rhode Island based artist and I make pottery, draw comics, and sometimes animate. Graduated from RISD.

I make all my dishware pottery out of Laguna #16 Porcelain with Industrial Minerals 1101 LX Clear and/or Stroke and Coat Glaze on top for a nice strong surface that can stand up to dishwashing and cutlery.  They are dishwasher safe and are all technically microwave safe, I don't reccomend the solid black ones if you plan to microwave a lot though as the dark color can absorb more heat if microwaved for long amounts of time.

Planters and decorative pieces are made from Laguna B-mix due to the difficulties making large pieces with #16 and its more affordable price but are not dishwasher safe.
