I do my best with shipping and getting the best price for the safety needed to transport pottery. I have not fully figured out international shipping, especially now the prices are crazy, but please contact me if you are interested in an item and shipping to your location isn't coming up, I can check how much it would be and let you know.

Returns: For undamaged items, sorry but only if you are fully paying for shipping. For damaged in transit items: please do send me a picture if anything ends up damaged in transit and I will issue a refund.
Replacements: Obviously handle with care as items are made of ceramic which can break if dropped*, BUT if it breaks from normal use within the first year that should not happen, sometimes imperfections can hide within the clay so please get in contact with me and I will send you a replacement in a similar color if availible.
(*I have done some drop tests and I had dropped one from 6 ft and nothing happened but then I dropped a similar one from 3ft and it broke, so it really depends on what kind of surface and exacly where it hits.)
